Welcome Speakers!  Please find below important details and deadlines to help you prepare your presentation.

Presentation Slides Due:

Draft slides - Tuesday, 18 October 2019
Final slides - Wednesday, 30 October 2019

Presentation Format:
All slides must be prepared in Microsoft Powerpoint (.pptx) 16:9 widescreen format in your company template.

Speaker Practice Sessions:
On Monday, 18 November, from 12:00 pm - 5:00pm speakers will have the chance to walk through your slides with PSAV team.  

Speaker Registration & Badge Pick-up:
There will be a dedicated Speaker Registration desk next to Main Registration.  You may pick up your badge starting on Monday, 18 November at 8:00 am.

Technical Requirements & Specifications

• Please arrive in the back of the room 15 minutes prior to the start of your presentation
• Our PSAV team will meet with you to test microphones and provide instructions
• Confidence monitors with a timer will be available
• A hand-held slide advancer will be provided

Presentation Slides Available for Attendees:
MEF intends to post presentations of all presenters. Please let us know if you do not want your slides to be made available to attendees.

Video Recording:
MEF19 will record Monday workshops and Tuesday/Wednesday Main Plenary sessions. The edited versions of these videos will be posted after the event.
