SVP Technology Planning & Network Architecture, CenturyLink
As Senior Vice President of Technology Planning, Network Architecture and Security, Andrew Dugan is responsible for the development, integration and deployment of CenturyLink’s end-to-end digital IP/MPLS, transport, video platforms, content distribution network (CDN), voice platforms and security solutions.
Prior to joining CenturyLink, Andrew served in various roles at Level 3 Communications since 1998, most recently as Chief Technology Officer.
Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in building telecommunications networks, switching platforms and services platforms.
Prior to joining Level 3, Dugan designed and built transport network support systems, enhanced voice services platforms and next generation voice switching networks for MCI Worldcom. Earlier, he worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories.
